The Livelihood Empowerment Action Platform (LEAP) is a multi-donor initiative that brings together public programmes, private finance, technology providers and grassroots partners to accelerate the adoption of productive-use clean energy solutions. Through demand aggregation, quality-assured technologies, access to credit and digital monitoring, LEAP enables low-income entrepreneurs to adopt income-generating technologies and services. By creating a commercially viable and scalable delivery model, LEAP is driving livelihood opportunities and sustainable economic impact across Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Bihar, Maharashtra and Rajasthan.
